Terms and Conditions

1. I am free to decline your commission request before we come to an agreement!
    

2. After the agreement you are required to pay full in advance in the following two to three days​

   • Should you not to be able to do the payment within that time, your commission slot will be forfeited!

   • If you are not first on the list: Please wait for your turn before you make the payment!

     • You will get a notification from me when it is your turn!​
        

3. Please keep in mind that the prices may vary based on the complexity of your character, the background, their clothes or accessories.
    

4. It is possible to reserve a commission slot for the next time I open commissions by filling out the reservation form (recommended) or Dm me on Twitter if my commissions are closed

   • If you reserve a slot, your commission might be the first or higher in the list than people who didn't reserve.

   • You will get a notification when my commissions are opened again!
      

5. You can ask me anytime about the progress of your commission by Email with your name, so I know which commission it is.
    

6. Major changes (e.g. the pose or overall appeareance) and repeated changes/communication issues from your end will be charged extra because of the additional work for me to redraw/communicate everything, so please make sure to be very clear of what you want for both of us before we come to an agreement!
    

7. In case you cancel or back out after we come to an agreement and it's passed the sketching phase and there is no refund because of the time and effort that was already put in by me.

   • Should there ever be a situation where I am not being able to finish your commission due to certain reason, you will get your money refunded of course!​
      

8. When your commission is done...

   • you will receive the High-Res PNG files​ per Email with a link to download

   • For Vtuber models, you will receive the PSD files
      

9. The commissions...

   • are only allowed to be shared, posted and used with legitimate credit to me!

   • are not allowed for commercial or profitable use (e.g. Merch) except you choose the option, then you are free to use with credit to me.
      

10. You are forbidden to claim the artwork as your own, edit it, remove or hide my watermark/signature without my consent!

    • You do own the right of your characters ​and are allowed to claim them as yours!
       

11. There are possibillities of delays because life can strike anytime! Please try to understand that and not to rush me should that ever happen. We both have the same goal: I only want you to have the best of high quality artwork!
     

12. Do not use my Art for Ai
     

13. I have the right to cancel and refund your commission any time.
     

14. I reserve the right to post/stream your commission on my social media or use it in marketing.

    • If you want to make it private and not being posted on social media, just let me know it beforehand and I will refrain from posting it.

    • Special exception for VTuber Model Designs, those will be streamed unless being told not to, the VOD privated if it will be streamed.
       

15. Commission me means that you are agreeing to all the Terms and Conditions above.
